A few weeks ago we were asked by Muthill Primary School to enter
an Easter Bonnet Competition and we accepted the challenge. A top hat was made,
suitably decorated with Easter flowers, eggs and chickens and duly sent to the
school. Much to our surprise, the hat was returned along with a certificate which
read “Congratulations. You have won “THE MOST ORIGINAL” in the Easter
Bonnet Competition. The certificate is awarded to Wardside”.

Mairi Scott has taken on the roll of ‘Champion in Anticipatory Care Planning’
and will be discussing with all residents any concerns they may have for the future and what their wishes may be. Cecilia Stevenson is our ‘Falls awareness and prevention Champion’ and has provided all staff with training on this - which we hope should prevent falls or at least

The Tatting Exhibition of past work by Ursula Hubbard proved most interesting and very much admired by the residents, staff and visitors alike. In fact, the art of Tatting was new to many of the viewers. Well done - Ursula!
